It is a violation of these Terms of Use to provide false or misleading information to Epic Squared LLC in connection with the creation of an account or to make any such purchase or use any of our services. In the event that we discover that a Minor created an account without the proper authorization from the Minor’s parent and/or legal guardian (as described herein) on our Site then we will immediately terminate that Minor’s account.
